HER STORY:
Purity lost her father last year during the Al-Shabaab attack on the Islamic Garissa University in Northern Kenya. 147 students were killed and he was one of the policemen trying to protect the students. She misses her father terribly, but does everything she can to help her very young mother (17 years old). Purity is very bright in school, works hard to learn all the subjects, and speaks English, Swahili and Maa fluently. She loves having her photo taken and laughs every time she see a picture of herself.
Sponsor Purity
Sponsorships are available in yearly increments to ensure the children are able to attend a full year of school without interruption. We have three payment options available to fit any budget need. Sponsors may make payments in one lump sum for the entire year, by trimester or monthly.
Your sponsorship includes the following for your student.
- 1 year tuition to Ronesa Academy
- Morning porridge/daily lunch/fruits on Fridays
- 1 uniform ~ shorts (boys), dress (girls), shirt, sweater, socks, shoes
- Yearly photo and update about your child’s progress
