RONESA / MAASAI “ONE-OF-A-KIND” JEWELRY

CALL TO ORDER OR FOR MORE INFORMATION

The Maasai women trade whatever items they may have to buy beads from other villagers.  They use these beads to make jewelry and other items throughout the year for us to bring back to sell in Colorado after our annual summer trip.  Their sole purpose is to earn money to pay for their children’s education.  Most of these women are illiterate, and desperately want their children to be educated and do what they can to help pay for their education. Your purchase of jewelry from the Maasai will help these women pay for tuition and uniforms for their children to attend school.

Each summer, we bring back what they have made for us.  And each year the pieces get more exciting and detailed.  We have many options such as earrings, necklaces, key chains, headbands, bracelets, ankle bracelets, safari animal bead sculptures and more.  If you are interested in looking at our selection, please contact Julie Manuel at 720-299-4680 or jmanuel@ronesa.com for more information about buying/selling the beautiful Maasai jewelry
