JAMBO FRIENDS!

The big day has finally arrived! The first team (myself, our kindergarden teacher and her husband, 2 Vision Photography employees and their friend) is heading to the airport soon with our 300 lbs of school supplies, uniform donations, as well as the many donations for goats/chickens/and cows! We are so fortunate to be able to take your donations directly to our sister school in Kenya and its wonderful Olosho-Oibor Village. I know Mama Sheila is anxiously awaiting our arrival! While this is “not my first safari,” I feel so blessed to be able to live it out each year through the experiences of those brave enough to have this African Adventure! There will be many exciting stories in the next 5 weeks and I look forward to sharing them all with you! I will blog at least once a week, or whenever electricity decides to grace us!:>)

We wish you all a wonderful start to your summer. Please know that while we go physically, we take all of your love and support in our hearts as well. Thanks for caring for our Global Community and especially for teaching our children that this world is a lot smaller and a whole lot friendlier when you have a friend on the other side of the world.
